Notice: This product is AI-based software. Artificial intelligence is not perfect—outputs can vary, and the system can make mistakes. This page describes refunds and credits; it does not promise error-free or identical results every time.
Each column is one field: green = correct angle, red = wrong photo in that slot.
Not refundable — uploading the wrong side or angle for a field can still produce outputs, but they may be incorrect because the input does not match the slot. Generations caused by mismatched or wrong-angle uploads are not eligible for a refund or credit.

| When your reference input is acceptable but the generated output shows one of these serious defects—and your dispute matches an eligible scenario in this policy (for example a documented technical failure or major system fault)—a refund or credit may be considered. Minor style variance alone does not qualify. | ||

| This is a valid example of a refund case. The AI completely changed the product, making it a clear technical failure. | ||

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Not refundable when reference uploads hide essential garment details for example print, neckline, or construction covered by hair, hands, or accessories. If the true design cannot be seen clearly, we cannot treat the result as a provable system error against your product; that is treated as an incomplete or low-clarity input, which is not eligible for a refund or credit under this policy. | |||
| 2 | Not refundable when the product is photographed flat on a surface (for example lying on the floor) without clear scale or structure, so proportions such as length, width, and fit cannot be inferred reliably. Poorly framed or ambiguous reference photos are treated as a user-side input issue; outputs from those uploads are not eligible for a refund or credit. | |||
| 3 | Not refundable when the product is heavily cropped, shot at the wrong angle for the requested field, or otherwise too incomplete for the garment to be identified clearly. If reviewers cannot reliably tell what item or view you supplied, the generation is treated as an insufficient or mismatched input not a covered system failure and is not eligible for a refund or credit. | |||
| 4 | Not refundable when prints, seams, hardware, or other defining features are not clearly visible in your reference due to blur, glare, low resolution, low contrast, or the garment being too small in frame. If the product cannot be identified or verified from the upload, outputs are treated as an unclear-input issue and are not eligible for a refund or credit. | |||
| 5 | - | Not eligible for a refund when the primary product is obscured by accessories, layers, or external items such as a dupatta, handbag, or props that hide essential garment details. If the true design is covered or obstructed in the reference upload, the generation is treated as an unclear input and is not eligible for a refund or credit. |
Optimizing your uploads helps the AI produce the most accurate results.

Step 1Ensure the garment is the main focus of the image, minimizing unnecessary background.

Step 2Crop closely around the product while keeping all essential details (seams, prints) visible.

Step 3Keep a balanced frame so the garment's proportions remain natural and clear for the AI.

Step 4Finally : Ensure your cropped image mirrors the visual standard shown here, then upload it to the matching field.
This policy defines the conditions under which users can request credit refunds or reprocessing for images generated using our AI system.
Our system generates images based on:
Notice — upload the correct view for each field
Due to the probabilistic nature of AI, not all outputs can be guaranteed to match expectations exactly.
Users may claim a refund (or credit reissue) under the following valid failure scenarios:
Notice: For product or garment inputs, the best and preferred reference is a clear mannequin shot (e.g. front view on a mannequin or ghost mannequin)—well lit, in focus, and showing the full item. That makes it much easier to judge serious mismatches (such as the wrong garment) versus normal AI variation. Other product photos may still be used, but reviews are fairest when your upload matches this standard.
Important: Must be clearly a system failure, not minor variation.
Notice: Claims are not valid when they are based on low-quality uploads—for example low-resolution, blurry, dark or overexposed, heavily compressed, watermarked, or unclear product or model images. Poor outputs that mainly result from poor inputs do not qualify for a refund or credit under this section.
A refund or credit request is created when you complete and submit the in-app dispute form for a finished generation.

Include enough detail (what went wrong, which inputs you used, and what you expected) so we can match your case to the eligible conditions above.
When we approve a refund or credit claim for a charged image generation, we restore the credits that were deducted for that generation.
Timing: Restored credits are applied to your account within two (2) working days (business days, excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your claim is approved.
